Gstr 1 late filing
if I file gstr1 lately will that reflect in 2A in later period?

I've already answered yes.
Your initial query would mean that whether data filed in gstr1(you said lately so I assumed after due date) would appear in gstr2a in subsequent period.
If you file gstr-1 for example of April in July it will get reflected in April gstr2a but in June gstr2b provided you file it before or on 11th
