Yes, you need to upload jan and Feb month's invoice manually again in March return.

it will not get hidden in match , hopefully.

But when I upload jan and feb month invoice in march return ..its show that invoice already entered in Jan, feb month and I could not save the data because of this. so i just put the march month invoice and Gstr 3B i have shown jan, feb , march month sale and respective liabilities.

is it any problem in that?

Details entered in IFF for first 2 months are already recorded jn the system so you need not to file again in 3rd month. Hence no issue in that.
