while filing gstr1 for the month of april 2018 turnover for the preceeding f.y as well as turnover for the month of april to june is required. for april to june which turnover is required as may and june is yet to complete.

For aggregate turnover for previous year you should consider April 2017 to march 2018 turnover not 2016 -17 and for three months turnover you should take April 2017 to June 2017 turnover..
you can make a estimate by last qtr. Not hard and fast rule, it is just a projection
