how to file nil return in Gstr 1. is there any web site problems. I can't submit it. or else any changes are there recently for submission in September 2018 quarter and October 2018 monthly. please guide me. thanks in advance

raja sir how to generate Gstr 1 summary. previously I had done by bills issue from to as 1 cancelled as 1 hence issued = nil. is this correct or any other method. now this method not accepted and report as system error. kindly help me

sir in bills issue outward from billl just marked from...to as sl no.1 hence total issue 1 and cancelled as 1 so net issue as 0. this way I was submitted nil return previously. now it not accepted and rejected as system error in GST portal. what to do to submit or type in Gstr summary ????

sir bill numbers are notional. there is no such bill issue and cancelled but to generate summary I used to do it. is it wrong ??? kindly guide me sir
