if my telephone expense rs 1000 and cgst rs 60 and sgst rs 60 .... and the bill comes in 5th april 2020..... what will be the provisional journal entry in 31st march 2020?????

You mean expense will be shown in march 2020 and gst input taken in april 2020????? as invoice raise on april..... before raising invoice we can not taken input gst..... right sir?????
