If we are purchasing goods (wooden cut sizes) from unregistered person who doesn't have any billing system, then in that case what documents are required during transit of goods from one district to another district (same state). Value of goods will be less than 50k.

You can raise a purchase bill for your inward supplies from Unregistered person by yourself.
Purchase inward supplies bills can be either computerized or manual bill.
No E-way bill necessary as it below 50k.
