Yesterday (20SEP2010) the EC had a meeting and I heard that the GST constitution amendment bill is rejected by TN, UP and BJP -ruled States.
Could any of our friends' throw some light on this.

As of now the GST is under abeyance - it is the news that not only BJP ruling states others also had a question on the tax part
