Dear All,
We have a company which is having CENVAT credit amount of Rs 6500000/-.
We missed to file TRAN 1, Is there any possibilties to migrate the same amount of CENVAT to GST now ?
Kindly suggest.

Government has closed the window of TRAN 1, you have to apply for refund in the respective law not in gst.
It's a common problem.
Just take credit in 3b and send letter to your jurisdiction officer reagading this.
As per my experience they wouldn't reply on that.So in future my demand comes, you can show acknowledge copy.
