For eg: on the top of the shop reflecting name is " A traders " ,but " B Traders" want to do business in the name of A traders ..B traders are also willing to take GST Registration ..B traders are using A traders name on shop for taking benefit of A's goodwill..so it is ok to use A traders name on shop .while all billing after registration is on name of B traders ??is any royalty necessary by B to A ?Note that Rent is also paid by B to A for using Place of A
