Can we claim Both GST TDS Credit and 26 AS TDS at same time for same client.

Yes we can claim both credit
Now question arises that how to pass entries in the books.
e.g. Bill amount is Rs. 1000 + 18%GST
TDS @ 2% I.e. Rs. 20
GST TDS Rs. 20 shows on GST portal.
how much need to be pay by customer.
Rs. 1160 or Rs. 1140.
