Dear sir/Madam,

My client govt. deductor he already deduct gst tds amount how file to GST Return and to pay amount.

GOVT. deductor get GSTIN as TDS deductor from www.GST.GOV.IN through online and raise challan from login GST PORTAL and make payment.
FILE tds return as deductor within 10 days after the end of month in which payment was made and issue TDS certificate within 5 day after filing TDS return.

Every registered TDS deductor is required to file a Return in
FORM GSTR 7 electronically within 10th of the month succeeding the
month in which deductions have been made to avoid payment of any
late fee, interest. [Section 39(3) of the CGST Act, 2017 read with Rule
66 of the CGST Rules, 2017 refers]
