GST Tax Deduction
A contractor working with MES (Indian Army) get payments after deducting GST TDS, IT TDs and other cess. The payment he receives includes GST, and the authorities deducts GST TDS on total amount which includes GST. is it the correct way to deduct tax?

GST Tds and IT Tds both are applicable on base price
No but many contractor doing same
