Tamarind (Fresh) falls under 0810 and attracts NIL GST Rate.Tamarind (Dry) falls under 0813 and attracts 12% GST Rate.

September, 2019 (Amends Notification No.2/2017-Central Tax
(Rate), dated the 28th June, 2017)

• 0813 - Tamarind, dried (Earlier 5%)
Hence its EXEMPTED.
