Dear Sir,
I want to know can I change bill no after submitting GST ?

Quick Summary
If you need to change a GST sale bill number after it has been submitted, you have a couple of options. Yes, you have to raise a credit note against uploaded bill & then issue sale bill accordingly (As you want to submit).

You can Also change invoice no. by amending next GSTR 1.
