GST SAC Code Urgent

What is SAC code for arranging Tentage Service i.e compete arrangement pandal with lighting, furniture etc.   

And how to file HSN code in GSTR-1 as there is mandatory column of Quantity as there is no specified quantity in tentage arrangment and bill is raised for total arrangement.
