Up to now, our company deposits 29.44% custom, 2% entry, 14% VAT total = 45.44% tax. How much tax will be required in Igst rule

We are importing item item number to 28% GST. I am happy with what I am doing to you and what is not available for 14% CGST and 14% SGST input.
