Gst Revocation query

Dear Sir
Due to me not filing Gst returns, my Gst number has been canceled by the department and now I have filed all the returns and have applied for revocation, can my Gst number be activated without going to the department?

As per law and procedures prescribed, you can apply for revocation online and the Dept will accept the same online only.....
But practically speaking sometimes we must visit the dept for quick revocation......depend hows the officer...

Yes... Your revocation application filed by as per required procedure then it will be revoke through online mode...

Otherwise better to contact circle office.

If the process completed in due course without interrupt, gst no. will be activated withinin 7days thr'online.
