one if my client GST is Cancelled (sumo moto )
now he wants Revocation or New Registration with same PAN please suggest me ..some other people said that final Return 10 is to be done .then only can Apply for new registration... please suggest me ...

You need to file final return within 90 days of cancellation of GST otherwise late fee of Rs.200 per day is levied.

Date of cancellation 29/10/2020 & Cancelled suo-moto ,,can Apply for new registration...Without Final Return please suggest me ...
You can apply but approval of registration depends on jurisdictional officer only.
