GST Returns Pending from Mar 2019.

Dear All,

One of my client GST Returns not updated from Mar 2019 to till date., is there any option to do returns with out penalty and interest as per new updates... and also no sale recorded from mar 2019 to till date , it has to be done nill returns. Please help me how to do this....

You can fill all zero returns from march 2019 to april 2020 till july 6th 2020 without penalty..

Is central tax payable in the returns mentioned by you NIL,because if it is so,

late fees shall stand waived for GSTR-3B from March 2019 to Jan 2020 if the said returns are furnished between 1st July 2020 to 30th Sept 2020.

For remaining months i.e Feb 2020 to June 2020 Turnover limit of Rs 5 crores and name of State in which the taxpayer is registered, is required for computing the due date of filling GSTR-3B Returns.

Yes...It's Active and central tax payable is nill

As per my view no way for filling GSTR returns without late fee.
So, Better to file Your GST returns before cancellation of the gstin.

Better to consider the late fee as per CA Jyoti Tutorials view...
