Hi, guys....I'm unable to file GST Return for July(GSTR 1)... It is displaying that "Save/action on counterparty invoices/submit are not allowed for current date".can anyone explain me what it is?

GSTR-1 stop working till 31 Oct. You can only file it after GSTR-2 last date.

i contacted the GSTN , the saying that you have to pay panalty 4200 as non filling

Yes. Because GSTR-1 last date is 10 Oct & you cant file it upto 31 Oct.
So late fee is 4200(200*21)
