Last day for filing GSTR 3B was 25th August and last day for filing GSTR-1is 10 th Sep 2017
There is a clarification by department no penalty will be levied for late filing for GSTR 3B but inyetest will be pd by you if tax due is not pd by you.

GSTR -3 October. 15

No more notification from CBEC. In case we get notifications and it ll be waived then it's automatically shown in our Cash Ledger. No more taken other steps for refund...
