one of my client has a restaurant business. .
he gave all bills related to restaurant food..
but he did not gave any bills related to online food orders (just like zomato,swiggy), he says these sales are not included in that sales ..
my queries
1) whether online order foods included in sales. .??
2) if yes, how much charge in gst??
3) Incase we don't want include in sales, what will be consequences??

To register with Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats and other online platforms for food delivery every food business operators like preparation of food from home-based kitchens, catering services, or from the restaurant, they should have a valid GST registration as per the norms.
