Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that purchasing goods in cash from another state is considered an inter-state purchase under GST. While GST itself doesn't restrict cash purchases, the Income Tax Act does have limits, preventing cash payments exceeding £10,000. Therefore, for GST purposes, cash purchases from other states are treated as inter-state transactions without specific GST-related cash limits.

In gst there is no restriction on cash purchase.
Restrictions on cash transactions are in income tax.
