No. There is no fee/charge levied for the enrolment of a taxpayer with GST System Portal.
Actually, I wanted to know about professional/consultation charges charged by Tax Consultant or CA for registration.
As you are starting off soon in practice- you can charge Rs.2,500/-. Read up all about where supply is said to be there. Advise client on where all registraitons is required.
