Quick Summary
A user is seeking advice on replying to a Show Cause Notice (SCN) for GST registration. The issue arose because the principal place of business is in the mother's name, and while a consent letter was uploaded, the GST officer requires a notarised consent letter. The advice provided confirms the need for notarisation to satisfy the officer's requirements.

You have to submit a notarized consent letter as indicated in the letter. Ask a notary public to sign the same. Thanks
