I have a head office in delhi , branch in noida and all purchase , sale and billing is effect from branch.
Is there any compulsion to register head office under GST?

Yes registration is required for each place of business in every state

can anyone pls give me reference of any section of GST Act which say this that head office has required to register even all purchase, sale and billing is from their branch in another state
