Gst Registration Required
I am in the construction business, I purchase land and then make an apartment or house on the same and sold it after completion of construction. Do I need to take gst registration for this business?

Based on the sale value , construction comes under services , so the limit is 20 lakhs ...
Yes u need to seek registration.

GST on purchase of inputs by builder i.e promoter attract RCM thus required compulsory registration
