I have not yet cancelled my VAT Registration, can I Apply for GST Registration without cancellation of VAT Registration?

If a person has the registered place in UP and he relocates within the state due to work, do we need to add the other place also as additional place of business. Also, what are the implications of adding a place of business...

Also you can't migrate now bcoz times are elapsed....
