You can either use consent letter from your father or prepare rent agreement between your father. So such rent agreement or consent letter and other documents mentioned is enough for gst registration.

Do I need any consent letter ? If required pls clarify in detail( from whom, format, contents etc.)

Any one of them is required either rent agreement or consent letter.
Why I told consent letter means.. In this case if your not paying any rent to your father then consent letter required else if your paying any rent then rent agreement is required.

Normally nobody pays rent to their own families in this case.

As per Your query., You had Rental agreement then no need consent letter...
