GST REGISTRATION ON SAME ADDRESS
Suppose If a son has to start a new business on the same address where his father is already running a business, what documents are required for address proof under GST registration for getting new GST No?

Other_than usual documents he will have to establish how could he segregate his stock cash and his other business assets.
Whether Son is required to upload a Consent Letter (NOC) under address proof in gst portal for obtaining Gst No?
If the owner of the property is the father then he will give a letter of consent and you will have to upload this letter along with ownership proof of the father.
