Gst clarification notice came for noc certificate ,it is  mentioned that 1000 value of stamp is required for consent/noc certificate  in Bihar..

Please advise, we already have 1000 value of stamp on rent agreement  and 100 value of stamp in NOC..

What should reply in notice?

Offer him 1000 in cash instead,, Because there are no provsions regarding value of stamp for NOC. So its their tactics to extort money
