Gst registration matter...
sir, there can be possibility that a person runs one business in one state in composition scheme and can run another business in another state under regular scheme on same pan no.???

Yes, you can get Gst certificate for different states for same PAN
For opting Composition Scheme ,(even in one state ) Aggregate Turnover has to be considered. The limit for opting composition scheme is 1.5 Crore at present (Notification No 14/2019.Limit for special category states is 75 Lakhs.).Hence if your Aggregate Turnover is exceeding 1.5 Crore , you are not eligible for Opting composition scheme, even in a state where your Turnover in within the specified Limit.
But sir in one state i m running restaurant under composition scheme...now i want to start new textile firm in another state with same pan can i option for regular scheme for such....

Since your are mentioning as new Textile business, I presume that Aggregate Turnover is with in the specified limit.Hence forth you can proceed with composition scheme.
