Gst Registration in Rural Area

Applied for GST registration, attaching land registry but got rejected on the basis of insufficient supporting for principal place of business. Land is in remote agricultural area where shop act is not applicable. Also electricity bill will generate after 6 months in clients name as land is in agricultural area. So there is not possibility of other supporting document than land registry.
Please suggest any way out. Or should we apply again with only registry.
