GST registration in remote agricultural land

Applied for GST registration, attaching land registry but got rejected on the basis of insufficient document for principal place of business. Shop Act is not applicable as the land is in remote agricultural area. Electricity bill will generate after 6 months in clients name as it is in agricultural area.

Please suggest any way out to get GST registration.

Or should we try again with only land registry?

Quick Summary
A user is facing difficulties obtaining GST registration for remote agricultural land due to insufficient documentation for the principal place of business. Standard documents like Shop Act or recent electricity bills are unavailable. Suggestions include using land revenue tax receipts or contacting the jurisdictional GST officer directly to explain the situation and clarify acceptable documents.

Try with land revenue tax receipts I mean local authority tax receipts like land tax paid receipt.

land registry means purchase document??
or have you submitted pattadhaar passbook.

@ majid khan are you okay?? your name is not an answer to this question.
Land is recently purchased so revenue tax receipt is not there. Yes purchase document passbook is also yet to receive in clients name.
Better directly contact with jurisdictional GST officer to explain your problem.
It's an state issue .
If it is agriculture land , I doubt that you can obtain Registration for commercial activities. So better to visit to your Jurisdiction Tax Officer & clarify the document to be uploaded.
Ok. Thanks.
