GST REGISTRATION for traders trading from different states.

if a traders purchase taxable goods from state - X and selling in State -Y but having registered office in state - Z , then whether only taking registration in state Z will be enough or have to take registration in other States also?

you take registration in state Z only as your registered office is in state Z. f you have another branch office in other states other than Z then you have to take registration in all states in which you have branch
