respected sir /madam,
i have doubt regarding registration in gst for nri but NRI have not to be registered as normal tax payer but section say that if personal takes ocassionally and does not have fixed place of business is considered as nrtp.
but my questions are, what if
1. person have fixed place of business in india but he is NRI
2. whether to be registered as normal ?
3. whether to select resident or nri while registration.?
please expert advice me.
