is Gst registration for commission agent or broker compulsory irrespective of his brokerage or commission  which is not more then 20 lakh in a year.
X  a broker of y sold goods to z . and y direlty send goods to z . and pay brokerage to x for his service. is x req to take gst registration. his brokerage not exceeds 20 lakh during the year.
