Dear Sir/Madam,

I have some quaries regarding GST Registration and GST accounts. Hope to get your help.

 

1) What are the documents needed for fresh registration of a proprietory business in West Bengal?

2) Can I complete all registration process inline? Or I need to go to department?

3) Is Trade Lisence must for fresh registration?

4) Is digital signature must for GST registration and filing returns.

5) Can a buyer claim ITC who purchased from an firm registered under composite schem?

6)What are the problems of a register deler in selling to an unregister deler since many registered companies insisted their subdelers to get registered?

7) What are the GST rate for Interior Decoration (Works Contract)?

Yes you can do everthing online you dont need to go to the department.yes Trade Licence and digital signature are important to obtain.These are the documents required for GST registration:

Individual documents

  • PAN card and ID proof of the individual.
  • Copy of Cancelled cheque or bank statement.

Registered Office documents

  • Copy of electricity bill/landline bill,  water Bill
  • Rent agreement (in case premises are rented)
Service provider to whom gst is not applicable, still he is required to raise invoices in gst format?
1) pan, address proof, lease agreement if any, aadhar card, bank statement, declaration to comply with provisions,

2) yes, no need to go to Department

3) Yes trade license is must

4) No, only for company and LLP

5) No

6) Business may lack growth.
