Quick Summary
If you're encountering a 'mismatch of name with UIDAI Database' error during GST Aadhaar authentication after entering your OTP, the issue likely stems from a discrepancy between your GST application details and your Aadhaar or PAN card. You'll need to correct the details on either your Aadhaar or PAN to match the other, ensuring consistency in name, date of birth, and father's name. If the problem persists, visiting your jurisdictional GST office may be necessary for manual verification, after which registration approval typically takes about a week.

Correct the aadhar details or Pan details, I mean whatever is correct do the correction in other.
There may be mismatch issue in pan card or aadhar card . you need to correct the same . like name, dob, father's name etc.
Such situations do crop up sometimes for reasons even GST dept is unaware of. In those cases, you need to visit the departmental office in your jurisdiction and provide them relevant info for completion of verification. Usually, GST officers do call and intimate this to the person applying for registration. On successful verification, registration would be approved, say, within a week.
