PLEASE CLARIFY WHETHER SALE OF LAND FALL UNDER AGGREGATE TURNOVER UNDER GST ACT

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether the sale of land is included in the aggregate turnover for GST registration purposes. The consensus is that land sales are not considered a supply under the GST Act and therefore do not form part of the aggregate turnover. This means they are not subject to GST.

No , it's not covered in GST era

Sale of land is not a supply under GST. Aggregate turnover includes taxable supplies, exempt supplies and non-taxable supplies and hence sale of land would not form part of aggregate turnover.
