PLEASE CLARIFY WHETHER SALE OF LAND FALL UNDER AGGREGATE TURNOVER UNDER GST ACT

No , it's not covered in GST era
Sale of land is not a supply under GST. Aggregate turnover includes taxable supplies, exempt supplies and non-taxable supplies and hence sale of land would not form part of aggregate turnover.
