In GST registration form, I have to mention Ward/circle/jurisdication and range.

please confirm how i will get above details

you can check here for center jurisdiction  https://cbic-gst.gov.in/know-your-jurisdiction.H T M L

for state refer your state webportal

auto filled now , after entering PIN CODE in place of business 

and for more type on google "know your jurisdiction" and find accordingly
