Gst registration
sir one of client is running ear & speech therapy clinic and also selling hearing machines in Telangana state. My question is his turnover is above 20 lakh did he required gst registration and he is a doctor plz clarify

THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A THRESHOLD LIMIT FOR GST
REGISTRATION BUT THERE IS A SEPERATE SEC 22 AND SEC 24 WHICH DETERMINES THEM.
NOW WHEN AN ENTREPRENEUR REGISTERS HIS BUSINESS FIRST HE NEEDS TO HAVE HIS BASICS RIGHT .
MAINTAIN BUSINESS ETHICS RIGHT FROM DAY ONE.
