GST registration

there is no such restriction on taking registration but will your company allow you to take registration?

if u are providing services to government in the form of profession u can take and give gst invoice to the company

if you are starting business then is it allowed as per the employment contract ?....if yes you can take registration

Government employee who wants GST registration for additionally wants take some works other than his duty is he eligible

Is ur employment contract allowing u to work or open business ?

As per terms of employment/appointment letter, normally govt employees are restricted to take any business.
