Can a restaurant operator register under regular scheme without itc + 5% rate of tax
Or
Is it liable to compulsory register under composition scheme with 5% rate of tax

A restaurant has can opt for regular scheme with 5% rate without ITC. It is not compulsory to register under composition scheme.
