Mr x register dealer in GST .he suo moto cancelled his GST no. Now he again want to take GST reg. In this case Whether he get registration?

As per Your query - If Your registration cancelled by You (before complete all the provisions) then You can new GST registration...

In case Your GSTIN cancelled by dept then You can't take new GST registration for the same PAN...
