A person has registered in gst and he wants to take another gst number for his another different business and different place with in state.

Not allowed, In same State only One GSTN number is allowed on same PAN.

Yes... You can take another GSTIN if You want.



Note : You can run single GSTIN without taking another one. it's allowed.

you may take separate business or add such business as branch of principal business

@ Praveen Sir, if you want you can take a separate GST Registration in the same state for your different Business Vertical under the same Permanent Account Number ( PAN ).

possible to take any number of  registration on same pan card within state and different states as well.
