If there is no agreement means you need to submit a No objection certificate signed by Landlord

For purposes of registration under GST your annual turnover must be more than 20 lakhs. The documents required are as follows: - 
a.        PAN Card
b.        2 passport size photos of the proprietors
c.        Aadhar Card
d.        Proof of business
e.        Bank statement copy

The GST registration can be done easily online at the GST portal and the GST number is received in a few days after submission of application. The digital signature is compulsory for enrolment by Companies, Limited Liability Partnership (LLPs) , Foreign Companies, Foreign Limited Liability Partnership (FLLPs) for other taxpayers, it is optional.
