turnover in Delhi is Rs. 8 Lacs and in Assam is Rs. 3 lacs. Whether registration requirements is only applicable to Assam or both the states.

no such requirement since doesn't cross 20 lakh limit
But the turnover limit applicable Assam is Rs. 10 lakhs
