GST Registration

No it is Not possible to 2 registration in same state if you have 2 same business

In one state under same PAN you can have more one GST Registration but that to be under Business Vertical (Section 25 , Rule 11 CGST Act), & the Nature of Goods or services they deals should be differeent from his First Vertical Business .

As per New Amended Act 2018 dated 29/08/2018 , person shall be obtain more then One registration in same state under same PAN as normal /Regular Taxpayer .
(the concept of Vertical Registration will abolished)
But as this Act will come into the force only when it is Notify by the council by Issuing Notification
,
