I HAVE A PARTY(RAJESH), WHO WANTS GST REGISTRATION. HIS FATHER HAS A PRINCIPLE PLACE OF BUSINESS, WHICH IS RENTED PROPERTY. HIS FATHER ALLOWED HIS SON (RAJESH) TO DO BUSINESS IN HIS RENTED AREA.  

MY QUESTION IS --------------- WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED AS PROOF OF HIS (RAJESH) PRINCIPLE PLACE OF BUSINESS ?

Consent letter as well as the proof of ownership of the person who is giving his consent for the same.

Does ownership document required with consent letter?

And who will give consent letter----- Rajesh father or landlord?

inaddition to consent letter, You can give ownership document as proof.
Consent letter should be written on stamp paper and signed by rajesh father.

Stamp is not mandatory. Consent letter will prepare normal paper like A4 sheet...
